I wanted to get a clearer vision on my creative path but mostly I wanted to see whether I could find in me what I thought was lost during the pandemic and in general through the roughness of life. I felt really ungrounded and with no voice or direction or sense of what I was standing for. I was convinced I had to look inside myself in order to move from where I was, so I was willing to give it all I had no matter what. Coaching was a process of great learning and transformation. Sometimes confusing and sometimes frustrating, nonetheless I touched base with myself in a way that was deeply exciting as my instinct and vulnerability became my guide. Lots and lots of trust emerged! I didn’t know I was even building trust inside me until I was fully engaged in trusting myself again to be open and to love.

I found Anna very present for me, a true listener and I felt she truly and deeply cared. She has helped me set boundaries and face what many times I preferred to ignore, even though it felt uncomfortable. For that I’m very grateful. It was a reboot of my hard drive in such a gentle, loving and subtle way I’ll treasure forever. She helped me get in touch with what I had to touch in me and outgrow my older version with love and care, no judgment but acknowledgement of my true self and my own unfolding.

In my creative work I am embodying this transformation as I can feel the fire I was wanting to feel flickering in my toes again. I am integrating much more the element of play and that this is all a game in the end. My curiosity has brightened and has led me to see myself differently in the mirror; I can now change my inner dialogue, the one that is no longer relevant to move forward and thus I feel calmer with a deeper trust in what I am doing. I’m now both a witness of and a participant in this game of life and I feel honoured to be here to experience life fully. I am learning to see the bigger picture and therefore broaden my possibilities, thoughts and emotions. I feel I have gained so much trust in myself and therefore in others and in the universe itself that anything is possible now and that’s a very exciting feeling to have. That trust is also showing me to plant new seeds and transform my game, letting it take me places unknown and allowing them to affect my stand. With time passing, I am craving new and unexpected paths to explore and am no longer scared of the unknown, it’s suddenly very thrilling to jump into things with complete trust in my own intuition and recognition of myself to myself if that makes sense. Endless joy! I am inspired to continue witnessing the echoes of coaching in the coming months, years and in life really.
