About Me

About Anna Reynolds Coach - Peak Performance Coach London, UK

I have spent the last 30 years studying and developing the skill of transforming self from the ‘inside out’. Originally this took the form of professional actress, trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama. One of the highlights of my acting career was working with the film director, Mike Leigh. Acting gave me the opportunity to tap into and express deeper parts of myself through the characters I played. I fell in love with the creative process.

Since 2011, my work has evolved into coaching, specifically coaching artists and entrepreneurs. What I’m discovering is transforming self – and subsequently shaping your reality – is both a science and an art and seemingly magical in effect.

I entered the world of coaching through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), having trained as a Master NLP Practitioner with co-creator, Dr John Grinder. I have since trained in various change work methodologies and coaching practices, alongside which, I am heavily influenced by the work of Carl Jung, Gregory Bateson and systems thinking. I am passionate about cross pollination and playing at the intersections where the ground is fertile.

I am particularly drawn to liminal spaces – these are often perceived as the challenging and messy moments in the change process. Within these moments I skillfully balance humour with a profound curiosity and fearlessness, in order to assist others in making the changes that matter.

I am deeply committed to supporting others in embracing uncertainty and expressing complexity. My research interest lies in flow consciousness and creativity.

My skill lies in creating the conditions for something withheld to emerge — wider perspectives, deeper truths, a freer relationship with your work. In this sense a coaching conversation is itself a creative act.

Through everything I do I am driven by wisdom, freedom and play.
