Casting Director
When I first came to Anna, I was quietly struggling with self-doubt. I wanted coaching to help me step into bigger opportunities with confidence, clarity and a stronger sense of my own value. I knew I needed support to grow into the next chapter of my career without losing myself in the process.

The experience of coaching with Anna was incredibly grounding and expansive. She created a space where I felt seen, supported, challenged and safe enough to be honest. Her questions were incisive, her presence was steady, and the process itself was structured in a way that helped me rediscover my confidence from the inside out. Coaching with her wasn’t just insightful — it was transformative.

As a result of our work together, I’ve been able to show up as creative as I always hoped I could be. Her coaching helped me trust myself, stay grounded through the stress, and hold my boundaries with confidence. I’ve stayed calm in incredibly challenging situations and I’m proud of the leader I’ve been for my team. I now know my worth and my purpose, and I’m making decisions from a place of clarity rather than fear.

Most importantly, I know my worth now. I know what I stand for. I know what kind of work and environment I want to create and be part of.

Whatever comes next, I’m moving forward with a level of clarity, strength and self-belief I simply didn’t have before — and that is thanks to Anna.
